This store does not accept returns or exchanges, and all purchases are final sale. Please carefully review the product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.
***In case of a defective or damaged item, or, an error on our part (such as a different item from what was ordered was sent): please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by emailing ashfrompalettebiz@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and work closely with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
In the instance of commissioned artwork: the customer will apply to request a commissioned artwork, and, if the artist accepts this request, the customer will be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit of $100 USD.
Upon completion of the commissioned work, the artist will send a photo of the completed work to the customer and request confirmation from the customer that the work is satisfactory and meets their expectations. By confirming via the approval notice that the artwork meets their expectations, the customer is acknowledging that their artwork is acceptable, and thus, does not qualify for return or exchange.
Upon this confirmation, the remaining cost of the artwork will be charged to the preferred payment method, and the completed artwork will be subsequently shipped to the customer at the specified address.
