PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

If you are interested in requesting a custom pet portrait or custom painting commission, please submit this contact form, OR, email me at ashfrompalettebiz@gmail.com and include the following information: 

If you are requesting a pet portrait:

Please be sure to attach a minimum of 3-5 photos of the pet for reference, making sure that at least one is a clear, close-up photo of the animal's face. If there is a specific date in which you need the painting by, please be sure to specify this information. Please note: commissions may take up to 1-2 months to complete, so please keep this in mind when you are requesting your painting.

If your pet portrait request is approved, the artist will send you the link to the checkout and you will be able to cashout accordingly. At this time, only ONE PET PORTRAIT PER PAGE can be accommodated, meaning, we cannot paint multiple animals on the same paper.

If you are requesting a commission that is a non-pet portrait:

Explain your idea in detail and include any reference photos for the artist to review. If your request is approved, you will receive a link to the checkout page. Again, the artist will provide you with an anticipated timeline, but you should anticipate a 1-2 month processing time following the date of request approval.

At this time, all custom commissions are 6 x 8 inches in size and are made with gouache paint on watercolor paper. Larger sizes will be available for purchase in the future!

How do you determine pricing?

Pricing is determined by the cost of materials in addition to how much time it takes for me create an artwork.

How can I commission a pet portrait?

In addition to my original paintings, I also occasionally accept pet portrait commissions! In order to apply, please complete and submit a contact form, or, email me at ashfrompalettebiz@gmail.com

If your commission is accepted, I will email you with specific directions.

Can I return something that I've purchased from your store?

Unfortunately my store does not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review the product descriptions carefully before making your purchase. 

***In case of a defective or damaged item, or, an error on our part (such as a different item from what was ordered was sent): please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by emailing ashfrompalettebiz@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and work closely with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Refund Policy

This store does not accept returns or exchanges, and all purchases are final sale. Please carefully review the product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.

In the instance of commissioned artwork: the customer will apply to request a commissioned artwork, and, if the artist accepts this request, the customer will be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit of $100 USD.

Upon completion of the commissioned work, the artist will send a photo of the completed work to the customer and request confirmation from the customer that the work is satisfactory and meets their expectations. By confirming via the approval notice that the artwork meets their expectations, the customer is acknowledging that their artwork is acceptable, and thus, does not qualify for return or exchange.

Upon this confirmation, the remaining cost of the artwork will be charged to the preferred payment method, and the completed artwork will be subsequently shipped to the customer at the specified address.
